It is with deep sadness that I report the death of Andrew Tullo, who passed away peacefully in the early hours of 25 April following a prolonged illness. Andrew was a true friend to many of us and a much valued colleague. As a corneal transplant surgeon, Medical Director of the Manchester Eye Bank and one of the original members of EEBA, he had a positive and major influence on the development of our Association and on eye banking in Europe. He will be sorely missed and sincere condolences and thoughts are with his family.
